Production Introduction:
Zhongdebao's wood pellet production line includes: wood chipper system ~ sawdust crushing system ~ drying system ~ granulation system ~ pellets cooling system ~ automatic packaging system. Raw materials such as waste wood,sawdust,rice husk,straw,wasste tray,agricultural waste can be pressed into high-density pellets, biomass pellets can be hurned to obtain heat energy, widely used in life heating, power generation and other fields.

Process flow:
Raw material chipping → Crushing → Drying → Granulation → Pellets cooling → Bagging and packaging.
1. Slice the logs and prepare them for processing into sawdust.
2. Crush wood chips into sawdust.
3. If the moisture of the raw material exceeds 20%, use the dryer to dry the raw material to 18-20% moisture.
4. Send the dry sawdust through the conveyor into the granulator to start granulation.
5. The temperature of the newly pressed particles is high, and it needs to be cooled by the cooling screen.
6. The cooled particles are packaged.
