Biomass pellet production line mainly includes: Crusher, Grinder, Dryer, Granulator, Conveyor, Cooler, Packaging machine.

1. Raw material crushing section:

This section mainly crushes wood such as logs, branches, wood chips, shavings, straw, and various waste corners of wood boards into sawdust within 5mm before entering the granulator. (If the log size is larger, it needs to be chipped and then crushed into sawdust)

2. Drying section:

(1) Hot stove

It can burn wood, pellets, coal, and provide the hot air needed by the dryer for drying.

(2) Dryer

According to the feed moisture and output, choose the appropriate model air dryer or tumble dryer.

3. Granulation section:

It is a part of the whole production line to process the crushed and dried wood chips into cylindrical particles with a diameter of 6 or 8 mm. Before granulation, it is necessary to sort out iron blocks, stones, etc. in the raw materials.

4. Cooling section:

After the pellets are produced, the temperature is 70-90 degrees and cannot be packaged immediately. The cooler will cool the pellets from 70-90 degrees to room temperature ± 5 degrees for packaging. This section adopts counterflow air cooling, which has the advantages of good dust removal effect and short cooling time.

5 Packing section:

The cooled granules are transported to the packaging machine by a conveyor, and the packaging machine performs metering and packaging in bags, and then sends them to the finished product warehouse. Then it can be sold directly.
